CHRISTMAS, BEATLE PEOPLE!"

The Beatles' annual holiday tradition of recording jolly "Beatle
People." Spanning 1963 to 1969, The Beatles' holiday recordings were originally pressed on the flexi discs and
mailed to the fan club members each December.

Never been beyond the fan club until now, The Beatles'
seven holiday messages have been newly drawn on a rainbow of seven-inch colored vinyl singles for The Christmas Records
box set. The limited edition collection presents each vinyl single with its original flexi disc sleeve artwork,
accompanied by a 16-page booklet with the recording notes and reproductions of the fan club's National Newsletters,
which were mailed to members with the holiday flexi discs. 

A collection of Christmas records released
through the Beatles fan club and available only to members of this club in the UK and the US.
Every year from 1962
to 1969 The Beatles recorded short congratulations for their fans, which consisted of jokes, parodies and gratitude to
the fans. Each message was placed on seven flexible records (Flexi disc) and mailed to members of the club. In 1970,
after the collapse of the Beatles, EMI released a compilation of all seven records. 1963 : The Beatles Christmas Record

The first Beatles Christmas recording contained several performances
of the traditional "Good King Wenceslas" hymn and personal congratulations from each of the "four"
and ended with a chorus from "Ricky the Red-Nosed Ringo." [3] A short version of this record was sent to
members of the American fan club in December 1964, while members of the English fan club received it in 1963. 
The
recording was included as a bonus in The Beatles: Rock Band and was available for free download on iTunes from December
23, 2010 to January 9, 2011. 1964 : Another Beatles Christmas Record Recorded on: October 26, 1964



The song "Jingle Bells" was accompanied by personal messages to the fans. John, in his statement, mimics
Paul Harvey (English Paul Harvey, bass clarinetist, in particular, participated in the recording of the song
"It's All Too Much") and imitates his words and even improvisation. The recording is pumped in with a
short performance of the traditional song "Oh Can You Wash Your Father's Shirt?". This record was not
sent to American fans, because this year they received a recording in 1963. 1965 : The Beatles' Third Christmas

The recording starts with the song "Yesterday",
performed a cappella together with "Happy Christmas to Ya List'nas", sung by Lennon. Then follows the
song "Auld Lang Syne", and part of the song "It's the Same Old Song" by the group Four Tops,
which was stopped in the middle so as not to infringe copyrights; the message ends with the poem "Christmas Comes
But Once a Year".

Members of the American fan club did not receive this entry (as well as any other) in
1965. But they received a picture of the "Great Four" with the inscription
"Congratulations of Paul, Ringo, John and George." Later the fan club explained this by saying that the tape
was sent too late to prepare it for Christmas. 1966 : The Beatles' Fourth Christmas Record - Pantomime: Everywhere

Recorded after yesterday's first session of
"Strawberry Fields Forever". The incoherent collection of songs and jokes of the Beatles was offered to the
listener in a recording of 1966. It includes "Everywhere It's Christmas", "Orowainya" and
"Please Do not Bring Your Banjo Back". Also in the record are heard fragments of "Podgy the Bear and
Jasper" and "Felpin Mansions". 
Again, members of the American fan club did not receive this entry.
In return they were sent a postcard with the Beatles congratulation. 1967 : Christmas Time is Here Again! Recorded:
